Mindful Wellness

In an effort to support the faith community as they address the mental health needs of their members, the former Mental Health Action Team created a quarterly newsletter called Mindful Wellness.  This program focused on decreasing stigma through information, education and resources.  

It’s going to take a community effort to begin breaking through the barriers so many face with mental health needs.
